Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on February 9 1997 to her biological Filipino parents. The girl was adopted at the age of three by her maternal grandmother living in slums. Both of her adoptive parents are Filipinos and her white American adoptive dad has military experience. She claims that she and her adopted brother were subjected to abuse since she was young until she enlisted. Her family travelled from San Francisco for a few months, where they lived with their aunt, before relocating to Texas when she was 13 owing to her father's requirement to have a bypass procedure. The father was not able to stop the psychological abuse, even though she says that physical violence had subsided. Poarch joined the United States Navy when she reached the age of 18. Poarch started her TikTok in April 2020, which quickly gained traction. She amassed more than 40 millions fans within less than eight months. Poarch posted numerous videos. Her biggest hit is a music video featuring MillieB's famous hit track Soph Aspin Send. It became one of TikTok's most popular videos. The video was zoomed-in to show her dancing rhythmically, while lip-syncing to the song became a viral hit. To take advantage of the fame she gained following her signing up to TikTok in December 2016, Poarch set up YouTube as well as Twitter profiles. Her fame grew rapidly around the month of December 2020. Two of the biggest Esports professional clubs were said to be intrigued by her. FaZe Clan and 100 Thieves were interested in her hiring as an author of content under the respective brand names.
